This work was a commission by Project 0, a marine conservation charitable fund. As a life-long surfer, ocean user and all round nature lover, this was obviously a subject area with a special place close to my heart.
Bernard Fowler, touring and recording backing vocalist with the ‘Stones for over 25 years, was joined by a raft of similarly awesome guests, including Ronnie Wood, Mick Taylor, Living Colour’s Doug Wimbish, Leah Wood, and Little Axe to name but a few. A few up’n’coming bands/artists played support slots, Will Heard who I’ve photographed previously with Rudimental, The Strypes and Hidden Charms.
It was great to catch music legends like these in such a small venue. More info on the night can be found via the following links:
